for those interested in finding on-line information about the fairy
tale Beauty and the Beast. I believe that this site falls within the
Fair Use Provision of the Copyright Act, as stated below:

The Statutory Decree §107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair Use

I feel pretty safe in saying that this site is for
non-profit education purposes. I have used only limited numbers of images
in each section. My use of them is unlikely to have an effect upon the
"potential market for or value of the copyrighted work." This site is
also intended as both criticism, comment, and scholarship. Copyright
