This first poem is a poem by Charles Lamb, written in 1811. The poem is rather lengthy, but is an interesting read. Several illustrations accompany it.
My Beast, by Emma McCandless. She says that it was heavily inspired by Anne Sexton and Robin McKinley.
While searching the web for other on-line resources, I have found several poems relating to Beauty and the Beast. I have included them here.
